About The Position

The Rental Repair Technician is responsible for explaining all services offered by the Repair Shop to Guests. Safely performing repairs and tunes on the Rental Shop fleet and Guest equipment. The Rental Repair Technician will also process sales and possess the ability to answer general questions about Arizona Snowbowl. A repair technician must be friendly and helpful to both teammates and guests.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Arizona Snowbowl and ability to effectively answer guest questions in regards to ski area, procedures, and equipment functions.
Ability to use salespoint to collect appropriate monies, make change per company cash handling controls, and complete cash drawer opening and closing procedures as per the cash control department.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Cash handling.
Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

Explaining all services offered by the Repair Shop to Guests.
Safely performing repairs and tunes on the Rental Shop fleet and Guest equipment.
Processing sales and answering general questions about Arizona Snowbowl.
Upholding Snowbowl policies and procedures.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and safely working with various cleaning/repair products used in maintaining the facility.
Properly operating and maintaining all tools and equipment in the repair shop including, but not limited to, grinder, hot waxers, extruders, and hand tools.
Performing basic tunes and repairs on all forms of equipment.
Performing advanced tunes and repairs with direct supervision of the Repair Supervisor.
Using salespoint to collect appropriate monies, make change per company cash handling controls, and complete cash drawer opening and closing procedures as per the cash control department.
Returning rental fleet equipment from the repair shop to appropriate rental shop location.
Any other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned for the success of the company wide operations.
