Photographer for Single Family Rental Properties - Savannah, GA
About The Position
PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide. We work with over 250 contracted photographers across 27 states who share our commitment to quality and consistency. This role is for a photographer with a portfolio that demonstrates their work, who understands lighting, composition, and efficiency on location. It offers flexible, part-time freelance work with straightforward assignments and no client-facing pressure. The photographer will capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties, with most on-site assignments taking 30-60 minutes. Work is uploaded through an app, and the editing team handles post-production and client delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred).
- Portfolio or sample work submitted with application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Comfortable working independently.
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Tripod.
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.
- Photographer's Liability Insurance.
