Rental Property Photographer - Reno, NV
About The Position
PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide. We are seeking photographers with a portfolio demonstrating their work, who understand lighting, composition, and efficient on-location work. This role offers flexible, part-time freelance work with no client-facing pressure. Photographers will capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties, with most assignments taking 30-60 minutes on-site. Work is uploaded through an app, and PlanOmatic's editing team handles post-production and client delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred)
- Portfolio or sample work submitted with application
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash
- Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS)
- Off-camera flash with diffuser
- Tripod
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license
- Photographer's Liability Insurance
