About The Position
PlanOmatic is seeking a freelance Rental Property Photographer in Cincinnati, OH, to capture professional real estate photography and 3D tours for the single-family rental industry. This role involves photographing residential rental properties, with most assignments taking 30-60 minutes on-site. Photographers will upload their work through the PlanOmatic app, and the company's editing team handles post-production and client delivery. This is a flexible, part-time freelance (1099) opportunity with no client-facing pressure.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred).
- A portfolio or sample work must be submitted with the application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Comfortable working independently.
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Tripod.
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.
- Photographer's Liability Insurance.
Responsibilities
