Rental Property Photographer - Reno, NV
About The Position
PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide. We are seeking photographers with a strong portfolio, understanding of lighting and composition, and efficient on-location work habits. This role offers flexible, part-time freelance work with no client-facing responsibilities. You will photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours, with assignments typically taking 30-60 minutes on-site. Uploaded work is handled by our editing team for post-production and client delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred).
- Portfolio or sample work submitted with application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Comfortable working independently.
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Tripod.
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.
- Photographer's Liability Insurance.
Responsibilities

- Upload work directly through the PlanOmatic app.
- Meet turnaround deadlines.
