Rental Property Photographer - Charlotte, NC
About The Position
PlanOmatic provides professional real estate photography and 3D tours for the single-family rental industry. The Rental Property Photographer photographs residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours. Assignments usually take 30–60 minutes on-site. Photographers upload their work through the company app; PlanOmatic’s editing team handles post-production and client delivery. This is flexible, part-time freelance work with no client-facing pressure. Most packages pay $35–$75 per property. Applicants must include a portfolio link or sample images; applications without portfolio submissions will not be reviewed.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience.
- Submit a portfolio or sample work with the application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Ability to work independently and meet turnaround deadlines.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Photographer’s liability insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Real estate, architectural, or interior photography experience is strongly preferred.
