About The Position
An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Breckenridge, CO area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Property Manager managing Short Term Rentals. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, substantial PTO and Sick time, rental discounts, relocation assistance, and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Short Term Rental or Vacation Property Management is a MUST
- Experience with managing and scheduling housekeeping services , managing booking websites , navigating and attending to complaints , preparing financial statements , etc. is a MUST
- Knowledgeable in Short Term Rental laws and licensing requirements ( state/county/federal ) is a MUST
- Proficiency with booking software (e.g., Escapia) is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in Marketing is a BIG PLUS
