About The Position

Maintain overall rental conditions for each unit to ensure guest and owner satisfaction. Review inspection reports, report findings, and make solutions. Coordinate all activities related to the Owners and the rental program in regards to scheduling vendors. Conduct owner arrival audits. Maintain controls to ensure proper coordination with all departments in the resort to achieve maximum satisfaction of Owners and Guests.

Nice To Haves

• A College or University degree or diploma in hospitality or hotel management is desired.
• Must be a team player and enjoy working as part of a group.
• Must present a contemporary professional image in compliance with appearance guidelines, as set in the Team Member Handbook policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review all inspection reports. Report any guest damages and ensure charges have been processed. Notify owners of worn items.
• Follow up with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure Premier standards are met.
• Owner arrival inspections thoroughly completed.
• Schedule vendors, complete work orders, vendor billing to owners, and verify work has been completed.
• Manage communication in a very detailed manner and have urgency with responding.
• Create and foster relationships with a variety of personalities.
• Respond to all emails and voicemails within 24 hours.
• Additional responsibilities as requested.
