About The Position

The Hubert Vester Auto Group is an exciting, fast-paced work environment. Our ideal Rental Manager is responsible for helping customers with professionalism and courtesy to assist with their car rental needs at one of our dealerships. Throughout their exchange with customers, the Rental Assistant will answer questions and assist them wherever possible to ensure the delivery of World-class service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management
  • Proven track record of achieving (or, better, over-achieving) goals
  • Outstanding communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Outgoing, friendly attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a structure environment and adhere to attendance policies and scheduling requirements which include some weekends
  • Computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college is preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
  • Keep proper documentation
  • Advise recommendations
  • Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
