Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry.
Cash handling skills.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
Rental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Rental Manager and Rental Supervisor in leading the daily operations of Teton Village Sports.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist in hiring, training, managing, and motivating a retail sales staff.
Open/Close
Maintain efficient daily operations of rental department.
Work with sales staff to ensure proper cash-handling and charge procedures are in compliance.
Execute daily operations including morning meetings, opening/closing procedures, daily sales goal, and key holder.
Assist rental department during high customer volume periods.
Assist in processing customer special orders, warranty returns and damages.
Assist in executing store sales and promotions.
Assist in processing store transfers.
Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock/restocking.
Work with retail manager to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
Assist in all sales training and up selling techniques.
Facilitate morning sales goals and go over any new retail information.
