Rental Fleet / Yard Coordinator
About The Position
Pape’ Material Handling is seeking a highly motivated Rental Coordinator to join their growing team in Kapolei, HI. This role is dynamic and multi-faceted, serving as the primary point of contact for customers renting equipment and ensuring a great customer experience. The position involves managing inbound and outbound rentals and inside sales via phone and walk-in, providing outstanding customer service, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and meticulously recording daily activity for timely follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and possesses a winning attitude.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry.
- Ability to operate various types of equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound rental and inside sales by phone and walk-in business.
