About The Position
Mustang Rental Services is hiring a Rental Equipment Field Service Technician to maintain and repair Mustang’s fleet of rental equipment. Compensation and technician level are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.
Requirements
- Own the proper tools needed to perform necessary repairs.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous mechanic work or military experience.
- Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or certificate from a technical school.
- Mechanic experience with heavy and light construction equipment.
- Mechanic experience with aerial and man lift equipment.
- Technical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors.
- Welding experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s fleet of rental equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and determine and perform necessary repairs.
