About The Position

We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused Rental Desk Clerk / Service BDC team member to join our team. This is a fast-paced, people-focused hybrid position. The primary function of this role throughout the week is managing the rental vehicle process and providing an exceptional customer experience. The position will also perform Service BDC functions throughout the week and will serve as the primary Service BDC team member on Saturdays. This position also helps create a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors by keeping the nearby lobby coffee and snack bars stocked, clean, and ready for customers and employees. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the little things - someone who notices when the coffee is empty, a customer needs help, or an area needs a little attention, and takes action. This is a busy position that requires excellent phone skills, strong organization, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks while taking direction from multiple sources. The ability to quickly shift between rental, Service BDC, customer service, and administrative responsibilities is essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking with people, and understand that great customer service is about more than simply completing a transaction, we want to meet you! To be successful in this role, you will be fun, loyal, empathetic, professional, and personable, with a genuine passion for customer service and making every customer's day a little better.
