About The Position

Lead delivery Associates are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our lead associates interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. We empower our lead associates to build confident decision making, accountability and professional skills in the workplace. Lead delivery associates are responsible for upholding Ski Butlers and Winter Park Customer service standards while managing the flow of day to day operations.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• No previous rental experience required!

Responsibilities

• Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: On Time, Communication, and Equipment.
• Providing equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes.
• Bringing all scheduled returns back to the shop, sanitizing, re-stickering and tuning them for their next use.
• Maintaining delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
• Packing orders for future delivery.
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success.
• Supporting Winter Park Resort Rental shops when not actively engaged in Ski Delivery activities.
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice.
• Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment.
• Planning delivery routes, support calls and pickups for the current and upcoming shift.
• Responding to customer phone calls, text messages, emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Upselling existing guests via phone calls/texts in predelivery communication.
• Taking reservations and issuing refunds.
