Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF processing software
- Support ongoing positive relationships with customers, companies, and manufacturers
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
- Proven problem-solving and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with confirming rental bookings and preparing daily rental units with guest names.
- Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for guests.
- Greet customers upon check-in and provide a brief orientation on the vehicle.
- Support billing and payment processing from insurance providers, warranties, or customer pay.
- Help track and manage unpaid claims, working with claims agents as needed.
- Assist in reporting fleet status to management, including rental durations, scheduled pickups/drop-offs, and fleet utilization.
- Follow up on any “Just Drive” customer leads to schedule and ensure fleet utilization.
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
