About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Rental Coordinator at its rental facility in Santa Teresa, New Mexico (Advanced Solutions, Laydown Yard). The role supports customers through the equipment rental process and uses EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 technology to keep machine information up to date and help customers get the right equipment at the right time. The position focuses on customer service, relationship-building, and developing sales strategies to grow market share and improve the customer experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours. Employment is contingent on passing a background check; some roles also require a drug test depending on job responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong listening skills and a commitment to solving customers’ problems.
Ability and enthusiasm to build, nurture, and maintain customer relationships throughout the rental process.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and continuously learn about EquipmentShare products and services.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand the customer base; educate them about how EquipmentShare can help reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.
Maintain existing customer relationships and support customer satisfaction by keeping customers informed about additional ways EquipmentShare can help their businesses.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience.
Stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services.
