About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Rental Coordinator Branch. This role involves managing rental and used equipment, including order processing, scheduling, invoicing, and inventory management. The position requires collaboration with management to monitor and optimize the rental fleet and used truck assets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor or associate degree, preferably in business
  • Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Microsoft Office experience

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders for rental and used equipment
  • Scheduling deliveries and processing invoices
  • Approving and coding vendor invoices for payment
  • Ordering equipment, batteries and chargers as required for the rental fleet
  • Collaborating with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories including the buying and selling of assets
