About The Position
Waterville Valley Resort is seeking cashiers to work in our Ski and Snowboard Rental Shop for the winter season.
Requirements
- Customer service oriented
- Able to handle high volume transactions in a friendly and efficient manner
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Renting skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and poles
- Cash handling
- Accurately balancing all transactions
- Assist with issuing of ski and snowboard equipment to guests according to technical specifications
- Collecting equipment from guests at the end of the day
- Offering information and answering questions regarding rates, packages, lifts, and lessons
