About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Rental Car Service Agent to support rental car operations at Kahului Airport (OGG). The role involves assisting customers through the rental and return process, completing paperwork, answering questions, and helping resolve service issues. Agents may also help prepare vehicles by washing, vacuuming, disinfecting, and refueling them. The work is active and customer-focused, takes place in person, and includes working outdoors.

Requirements

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to walk, bend, twist, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Dependable and able to work as scheduled.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide customer service throughout the rental and return process.
• Prepare and complete rental and return documents.
• Review rental agreements, rates, charges, and return information.
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions.
• Help resolve customer service issues.
• Provide directions, maps, and local area information.
• Assist with vehicle preparation when needed.
• Wash, vacuum, disinfect, and refuel vehicles as needed.
• Work as part of a team to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.
