About The Position

Kansas City Hyundai is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Rental Car Concierge to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you. As our Rental Car Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing a rental vehicle while their vehicle is being serviced. You'll ensure every customer has a smooth, hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience (rental car or automotive experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Dependable, punctual, and motivated to provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude.
Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, check-outs, and returns.
Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and available options.
Process rental agreements and payments accurately.
Inspect vehicles before and after rentals.
Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
