Doral Acura is Looking for a Service Concierge / Rental Agent. This unique role combines customer service, appointment coordination, and rental fleet management to provide a seamless experience for every guest from check-in to vehicle return. Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls and assist customers professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments.
  • Educate customers on previously declined maintenance recommendations and available service opportunities.
  • Contact customers regarding upcoming maintenance needs and special-order parts arrivals.
  • Assist customers with warranty-related information and service inquiries.
  • Provide outstanding communication throughout the service process.
  • Manage our fleet loaner vehicles.
  • Prepare rental agreements and return documentation accurately.
  • Explain rental policies and procedures to customers.
  • Review toll charges and rental fees upon vehicle return.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after customer use, documenting any damage or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure vehicles are ready for the next customer.
  • Provide general support to the Service Department.
  • Assist customers with directions, dealership information, and service-related questions.
  • Perform additional customer service duties as needed to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
