About The Position

The Rental Car Associate manages and coordinates the leasing of rental cars to customers. The role includes processing rental forms and bills, making reservations, overseeing rental fleet readiness, handling service-related rentals, collecting customer credit when notified by accounts receivable, and maintaining vehicle inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental forms are presented correctly and finalize bills.
• Make customer reservations.
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and fueling of the rental fleet, including shop rentals.
• Handle ESP, service rentals, and body shop rentals.
• Collect credit extended to rental customers upon notification from accounts receivable.
• Control the inventory of rental vehicles.
