Budget is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Rental Agents at Eppley Airfield in Omaha. This role is a great fit for hospitality professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales, and performing in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Strong professional communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and resolution abilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record required
Responsibilities
- Accurately finalize rental reservations and effectively close sales transactions
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections to confirm condition and rental readiness
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, personalized customer service
