Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record.
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving airport setting.

Nice To Haves

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

Greet arriving passengers and assist them through the vehicle rental process.
Help customers choose the best car for their trip, explaining features and rental options.
Promote upgrades, protection plans, and add-on services to enhance customer experiences.
Handle contracts, payments, and returns with speed and accuracy.
Clean, inspect and coordinate vehicles with the service team to ensure every car is clean, safe, and ready to go.
