About The Position
As a Rent Collection Specialist, you’ll handle rent collections, security deposit refunds, and assist with apartment rentals and lease renewals. You’ll also work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records at our community.
Requirements
- 1-3 months related experience or training
- Sales and/or customer service experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Handle rent collections
- Process security deposit refunds
- Assist with apartment rentals
- Assist with lease renewals
- Work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments
- Maintain organized records
