Requirements

• Proven experience in construction renovations, remodeling, or a related trade
• Proficiency in general carpentry, framing, drywall, and/or finish work
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately
• Knowledge of local Phoenix/Arizona building codes and safety regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Execute residential and/or commercial renovation projects from start to finish
• Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely completion
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards
• Identify and resolve construction issues or deficiencies on-site
• Ensure all work meets local building codes and quality standards
