About The Position

We are a growing multifamily renovation construction company looking for a hands-on Renovation Supervisor to lead field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, communicates well with both field teams and clients, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts on active renovation projects.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in construction project management, superintendent, renovation supervision, or similar field leadership role
Multifamily renovation experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and multiple active projects
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, tablets/iPads, and construction technology tools
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk construction sites, climb stairs/ladders, and work in active jobsite environments
Frequent on-site field oversight and inspections

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30 certification preferred
Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred — this role regularly interacts with Spanish-speaking field employees and subcontractors

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations on multifamily renovation projects from planning through closeout
Supervise Construction Technicians and subcontractors on-site
Manage project schedules, materials, quality control, and jobsite safety
Coordinate with Construction Managers, vendors, clients, and internal teams
Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates throughout project execution
Identify and proactively solve project issues, delays, or safety concerns
Assist with hiring recommendations, employee coaching, performance feedback, and field training
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, permits, and company policies
Review subcontractor work and support change order management
Maintain accurate daily reports, jobsite documentation, and time tracking
