As a Pool Renovation Sales Specialist, you will own the end-to-end quoting and sales process for pool renovation projects. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers while partnering closely with the Renovations Coordinator and Renovations Technician to ensure projects are properly scoped, quoted, and handed off for execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing sales roles that involve preparing, presenting, and closing service quotes
  • Strong ability to explain pricing, scope, and value to customers
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
  • Comfort using technology for documentation and internal communication
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Renovations Coordinators, Renovations Technicians, and Service/Repair teams

  • Experience in pool renovations or home services
  • Familiarity with renovation timelines, materials, and quality control standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate project challenges

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site evaluations to understand pool conditions, renovation opportunities, and customer goals.
  • Own the preparation, accuracy, and presentation of renovation quotes, ensuring alignment with customer needs, project scope, and company standards.
  • Clearly explain renovation scope, pricing, and value to customers, confidently addressing questions and objections.
  • Follow up on quotes and actively drive projects to close.
  • Identify potential project risks or scope changes during evaluations and adjust quotes accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and quoting process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Renovations Coordinator to align on scheduling, project readiness, and next steps after quote approval.
  • Partner with the Renovations Technician to validate technical feasibility, scope accuracy, and quote details.
  • Work cross-functionally with Service and Repair teams to ensure clean handoffs and aligned customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to evaluations, quotes, and customer communications.
