About The Position

InvestorFlow is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage and optimize the end-to-end renewal process for its client base. This role is crucial within the Revenue Operations function, bridging Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. The primary responsibility is to ensure timely renewals at optimal terms, minimize revenue loss, and provide a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is process-driven, data-oriented, adept at cross-functional collaboration, and capable of directly engaging clients to secure renewals.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company, with at least 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals Management, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company or relevant market experience.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, subscription lifecycle management, and contracting processes.
  • Proven track record of owning a renewal book of business and meeting or exceeding renewal rate targets.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience building reports, managing opportunity pipelines, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail — ability to juggle a large portfolio of accounts and deadlines without errors.
  • Effective communicator who can work confidently with external clients in a professional, client-facing context and with internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build and maintain renewal forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or the alternative investment/financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with contract management software (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign), or billing platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-driven SaaS products and an understanding of how AI features affect customer value and retention conversations.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, Series B or later startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full renewal lifecycle: manage a portfolio of upcoming renewals from early-stage planning through contract execution, ensuring on-time renewal rates and minimizing churn risk.
  • Drive renewal pipeline management: maintain a rolling forecast of renewals, track status and health indicators, and proactively flag at-risk accounts to Sales and Customer Success leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to coordinate pricing, contract terms, and approval workflows for each renewal.
  • Engage clients directly as needed to communicate renewal timelines, address questions, and facilitate smooth execution of renewal agreements.
  • Prepare renewal quotes, proposals and order forms/ amendments, and handle renewal contract negotiations with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell or expansion in tandem with the Sales team during the renewal process.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition on renewed contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Build and maintain scalable renewal processes, playbooks, and automation in our CRM (Salesforce) to improve efficiency as the business grows.
  • Produce regular reporting and analytics on renewal performance, win/loss rates, ARR retention, and key renewal metrics for leadership review.
  • Continuously improve the renewal experience by gathering client feedback and working with internal stakeholders to remove friction from the process.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance bonus tied to renewal outcomes
