Wasabi’s Manager, Renewals is a key member of the Sales Team responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling our renewal function at a critical stage of growth. This role will be responsible for driving renewal outcomes such as ARR and NRR, improving forecast accuracy, and building a structured, repeatable renewal motion across both our Channel and Direct business segments. The Manager, Renewals will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales and Enablement to standardize processes, improve visibility into renewal performance, and enable the team with the tools, training, and structure needed to drive consistent, scalable results. The ideal candidate is passionate about customers and thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
