Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and policies.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple renewals simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Manage and process 80-100 commercial lines renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless handling of client accounts.
Review and analyze policy terms, conditions, and coverage to ensure alignment with client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, provide updates, and resolve any issues related to renewals.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all renewal activities and documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
