Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy client Renewal Support Analyst to build the Meritain team responsible for driving revenue, customer satisfaction, product performance, membership retention, and profit growth. This role supports the client renewal process by providing strategic and technical insight, ensuring seamless execution and enhanced outcomes across a variety of client engagements. Requirements

  • 1-2 years with Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar program.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CPQ.
  • Experience in building and configuring medical insurance plans.
  • Background in product configuration and strong product knowledge in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth reviews of product and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Collaborate in developing product strategies that support client and organizational goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and CPQ tools to manage and configure product offerings effectively.
  • Analyze client change requests and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate discrepancies and next steps clearly through strong written and verbal communication.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of documentation and analysis, and account retention.
  • Manage high volumes of work, particularly during peak renewal seasons, through strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Gather and synthesize data from multiple systems to create a holistic view of each client.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
