Sapiens is building a dedicated renewal function and is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager to help build it. This role will own a defined segment of the North America renewal book, managing the commercial renewal process from end to end. Responsibilities include identifying pricing uplift opportunities and ensuring contracts are structured to protect and grow Sapiens' Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The manager will collaborate closely with Business Unit (BU) leaders and Product Managers (PMs) who currently manage customer relationships, transitioning commercial ownership of renewal conversations while maintaining customer continuity. This is not a relationship maintenance role; it requires working with contract data, usage patterns, pricing models, and financial analysis to identify and execute commercial opportunities. As the function is new, the manager will help define the go-forward process and experience with the VP Global Renewals and the team.
