The Renewal Coordinator is instrumental in supporting residents and managing business operations and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Requirements

  • Available Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Excel required
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible
  • 1+ years property management industry experience required
  • Must demonstrate ability to successfully work on a team
  • Must be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing

Responsibilities

  • Manage and proactively work on the property renewals pipeline to support on-time renewals and customer retention
  • Collaboratively work with Business Manager and ownership group to effectively plan and execute current and future renewal strategies to achieve maximum rent growth and maximum resident retention
  • Consistently and proactively maintain and update all resident lease files and computer records for the property
  • Resolve resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with Business Manager or other members of the leadership team
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
