If you want to build the future of healthcare, we'd love for you to join us. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Renewal Coordinator to manage and streamline our renewal process. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients during the end-to-end renewal process.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects.
  • Team player with a client-centered approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry
  • Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk for communication management
  • Familiarity with the CRM HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end.
  • Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels.
  • Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics.
  • Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached.
  • Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback.
