The Renewal Coordinator is dedicated to managing lease renewals and driving resident retention within the community. This role focuses on executing renewal strategies, maintaining accurate lease documentation, and supporting efforts to maximize both occupancy stability and rental growth. Your Purpose & General Responsibilities: Embody the Olympus Property Core Values: Customer Care Teamwork Trust Family Fun Oversee and proactively manage the community’s renewal pipeline to ensure timely lease renewals and strong resident retention. Partner with the General Manager and ownership group to develop and implement renewal strategies that optimize rent growth while maintaining high retention rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files and resident records within the property management system. Address resident concerns related to renewals and coordinate resolutions with the General Manager or other members of the leadership team as needed. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Perform other duties as assigned based on the evolving needs of the community. Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as the role develops.
