We have an opening for a Renewable Generation Supervisor. Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a Renewable Generation Supervisor to serve as the on-site representative at GE Wind farms supporting Otter Tail Power–owned assets. This role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of wind generation assets, including oversight of capital projects and the development of operating and maintenance standards across the wind fleet. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-directed professional with experience in GE wind turbines, familiarity with NERC and FERC requirements, strong Microsoft Office skills for operational analysis and reporting, and the ability to manage contracted labor. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, or equivalent applicable experience. Requirements

  • Experience in GE wind turbines.
  • Familiarity with NERC and FERC requirements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills for operational analysis and reporting.
