Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a Renewable Generation Supervisor to serve as the on-site representative at GE Wind farms supporting Otter Tail Power–owned assets. This role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of wind generation assets, including oversight of capital projects and the development of operating and maintenance standards across the wind fleet. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-directed professional with experience in GE wind turbines, familiarity with NERC and FERC requirements, strong Microsoft Office skills for operational analysis and reporting, and the ability to manage contracted labor. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, or equivalent applicable experience. Requirements

Experience in GE wind turbines.
Familiarity with NERC and FERC requirements.
Strong Microsoft Office skills for operational analysis and reporting.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent applicable experience.
