Requirements

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience in solar, renewable products.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Forklift certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of alternative energy or solar industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate picking of materials to support our solar energy orders.
  • Picking and assembling customer orders via and RF environment.
  • Operate proper equipment to retrieve items from high shelves and storage areas.
  • Processing of order instructions correctly and accurately.
  • Inspection of product for damage; report as needed.
  • Safely handle fragile and high-value components such as photovoltaic panels, inverters and energy storage.
  • Ergonomically transfer product boxes from racks to pallets.
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to manage inventory levels and assist in warehouse management systems.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
  • Frequent lifting (up to 50-75 lbs.) safely and consistently throughout the day.
