About The Position

Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a Renewable Generation Supervisor to serve as the on-site representative at GE Wind farms supporting Otter Tail Power–owned assets. This role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of wind generation assets, including oversight of capital projects and the development of operating and maintenance standards across the wind fleet.

Requirements

• Experience in GE wind turbines.
• Familiarity with NERC and FERC requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills for operational analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage contracted labor.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent applicable experience.
