About The Position
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process. The role involves monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed, notifying the supervisor if machines require maintenance, and maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is specifically for current team members at the facility or complex. New hires can bid after their first 90 days, and team members must have fewer than 5 attendance points. Those with any suspension on record within the last 12 months are not eligible to bid.
