Reporting to the Chief People, Culture and Learning Officer, this is a unique opportunity to shape the remuneration strategy of one of Queensland’s most iconic healthcare organisations. We’re seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Lead to design Mater’s reward framework including supporting policies and procedures and influence how the approaches work across our healthcare organisation. This role will suit a Business Partner with a strong specialisation in rem frameworks or a career reward specialist ready to step into a leadership role and own the function. You’ll be someone who balances rigour and detail with purpose, and strong governance with pragmatism.
