About The Position

The Head of Workplace Relations & Remuneration is a pivotal leadership role, shaping workplace relations and remuneration strategy at scale during a period of transformation, growth, and national alignment. As Head of Workplace Relations & Remuneration, you will be a key leader within our People & Culture team, partnering with senior executives to deliver contemporary, commercially sound and values aligned people strategies. You will lead the development of national ER/IR and remuneration frameworks, ensuring they support both compliance and a strong, purpose driven culture. This role is ideal for someone energised by complexity, who wants to help define the future of work at BaptistCare. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with national scope, reporting into the GM People Services & Systems. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Requirements

Extensive ER/IR leadership experience in complex, multi-site organisations
Proven success leading enterprise bargaining and managing industrial risk
Deep knowledge of employment law, awards, and compliance frameworks
Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills
Previous accountability for remuneration strategy, frameworks, and governance
Proven experience leading workplace assurance and compliance programs, and governance uplift
The ability to navigate change and bring others with you
