This is NOT an employee benefits administrator role such as one might find as part of a Human Resources team. SALES AND INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Requirements

  • Current license required
  • Some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks.
  • Prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
  • Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
  • Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
  • Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs.
  • Show us you want to be successful and enjoy making connections with people, and you will see opportunities come your way. Our ideal candidate will want to take the ball, and run with it!
  • We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.
  • Sales and insurance experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus.
  • Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
