About The Position

HearCanada, part of the WSAudiology group, is hiring a permanent, full-time Remote Scheduling and Inside Sales Specialist (internally called an Inside Sales Specialist) to support its hearing care clients. The role is sales-focused and involves contacting existing warm leads—not cold calling—to discuss hearing care appointment options and product promotions, book appointments with hearing care professionals, and position HearCanada clinics as a destination for quality hearing care. The position is remote within Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, or British Columbia and is 37.5 hours per week. Core hours are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday, with infrequent Saturday hours (approximately one or two per quarter) and occasional schedule adjustments to cover colleagues, with notice provided. The successful candidate will support sales targets, identify client needs and sales opportunities, meet daily KPIs and overall targets, and provide interactions consistent with HearCanada’s standards. They will maintain a high-volume calling plan, update client information in the CRM, and coordinate with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules. The role also includes participating in team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills. HearCanada offers compensation of $23.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience, plus quarterly bonus entitlement. Benefits include employer-funded health, dental, and vision coverage beginning on day one, a healthcare spending account, an RRSP program with employer matching, paid vacation, seven paid personal days per year, one paid volunteer day per year, education assistance, LinkedIn Learning access, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
