About The Position
Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking independent, motivated, career-minded individuals for its Mortgage Protection team. Agents help families protect their ability to earn income by presenting mortgage protection coverage. The company provides mentorship, training, and support to help agents build personal production and, if they choose, progress into leadership by mentoring agents, developing a team, and building an agency. Agents begin by learning the business and building their own success, with opportunities to expand their impact as they grow. This work-from-home role offers flexibility. Part-time availability is described as 8–25 hours per week, with potential monthly earnings of $2,000–$5,000; full-time availability is 25–50 hours per week, with potential monthly earnings of $10,000–$20,000. The posting states that individual success and earnings are not typical, guaranteed, or expected, and depend on factors including effort, implementation of the training and sales system, use of the lead system, and customer insurance needs in the agent’s chosen geographic area.

Responsibilities
- Reach out to families who have requested coverage and schedule appointments.
- Research and present mortgage protection options tailored to each family’s needs.
- Meet with families virtually or in person to help them select and apply for coverage.
- As production and consistency grow, mentor agents, build a team, and develop leadership skills.
