About The Position
Spieldenner Financial Group is hiring entry-level and licensed Insurance Enrollment Specialists to assist families who have requested help protecting themselves from financial losses related to economic downturns, critical illness, disability, or death. Specialists use the company’s programs and a simple, proven process to identify customer needs, provide budget-conscious protection options, offer clarity and peace of mind, and build long-term client relationships. The company offers training, support, advancement opportunities, and a flexible schedule. Success and earnings are not guaranteed and depend on factors including effort, implementation of the training and sales system, engagement with the lead system, and customer insurance needs in the areas served.
