About The Position
Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking independent, motivated, career-minded individuals to join its Mortgage Protection team. Agents help families protect their ability to earn income by researching and presenting mortgage protection options. The role offers mentorship, training, and support to build personal sales production, with an opportunity to develop into leadership, mentor other agents, and build a team. This is a work-from-home role with flexible commitment options. Part-time work is described as 8–25 hours per week, with potential monthly earnings of $2,000–$5,000; full-time work is described as 25–50 hours per week, with potential monthly earnings of $10,000–$20,000. Earnings and results are not guaranteed and depend on factors including effort, use of the training and sales system, engagement with the lead system, and customer insurance needs in the agent’s chosen geographic area.
Requirements
- Be coachable, self-disciplined, willing to take on challenges, and have a growth mindset.
- Be willing to learn, take ownership of results, and lead by example.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership goals and an interest in team development and agency building.
- Previous sales or leadership experience; however, it is not required.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to families who have requested coverage and schedule appointments.
- Research and present mortgage protection options tailored to each family’s needs.
- Meet with families virtually or in person to help them select and apply for coverage.
- As production and consistency grow, mentor agents, build a team, and develop leadership skills.
