About The Position

This role is for a phone sales professional who is tired of cold calling and wants to focus on real opportunities with customers who already need help. You will act as a trusted backup for field sales professionals, handling conversations that require a calm, confident voice from outside the home. Your responsibilities will include helping homeowners understand options, address concerns, and feel good about their decisions. In addition to supporting field sales, you will work on unsold estimates and sign up new members. This is a senior phone sales position where interpersonal skills are as important as closing deals. The ideal candidate is patient, thoughtful, and excellent on the phone, not someone looking to grind through cold calls to meet a quota at any cost.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2C phone sales experience.
  • Proven closing track record with the ability to demonstrate past success in hitting real numbers.
  • Native or near-native English fluency with clear, confident pronunciation.
  • Patient, customer-first approach; not a 'turn-and-burn' closer.
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM, video calls, modern phone systems, and paperless workflows.
  • Coachable and humble attitude, open to feedback.
  • Availability Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time.
  • Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the ability to be on camera for team meetings.
  • Must be based in Latin America, Jamaica, or the Philippines.
  • Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Must submit both a resume and a video interview.

  • Home services experience (Solar, HVAC, roofing, pest, windows, or similar industries).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the trusted closer for the field sales team, assisting with pricing concerns, explaining solutions, and building customer confidence during in-home consultations.
  • Close unsold estimates by reaching out to customers who received a quote but did not move forward, understanding their hesitations, and facilitating the work if appropriate.
  • Sell Do It Right Memberships to protect homeowners and build long-term relationships.
  • Provide light inbound support for customers who call in.
  • Achieve sales targets, with a minimum of $50K per month in sold jobs and a target of $100K for top performers.
