Since 2019, it has become one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the U.S. We are seeking ambitious, friendly, hard-working, and service-oriented Remote Inbound Sales Agents with experience in top-tier retail/service backgrounds such as the Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco. This role is ideal for individuals who understand the importance of customer experience, have excelled in retail and are looking for a long-term career with growth potential, are self-motivated for a remote environment, and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused setting.
Requirements
- Experience in top-tier retail/service backgrounds (e.g., Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, Costco).
- Ability to make customers feel welcome and taken care of.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for an incredible customer experience.
- Self-motivated for a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & tech-focused environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining friendly.
- Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried roles.
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly roles.
Responsibilities
- Go through paid training and insurance licensing (must pass licensing exam to legally sell insurance).
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process (no cold-calling).
- Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find options that fit their budget.
- Listen to customer concerns and find solutions that build confidence.
- Help customers finalize their new policy.
