About The Position
Jerry is the #1 rated app for car owners, helping over 5 million people save money on insurance, repairs, and loans. We are seeking ambitious, friendly, hard-working, and service-oriented Remote Insurtech Sales Specialists, particularly those with experience from top-tier retail/service backgrounds like the Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco. This role is ideal for individuals who understand the importance of customer experience, are looking to transition into a long-term career with growth potential, and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused, and remote environment. You will guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process, simplify comparisons between over 55 insurance companies, solve customer concerns, and finalize policy sales. No cold-calling is involved, as leads have already initiated their insurance search within our app.
Requirements
- Experience from top-tier retail/service backgrounds (e.g., Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, Costco)
- Ambitious, friendly, hard-working, and incredibly service-oriented
- Understand the importance of customer experience and going above and beyond
- Self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & tech-focused environment
- Ability to handle several things at once while staying friendly
- Must pass licensing exam to legally sell insurance

Responsibilities
- Go through (paid) training and insurance licensing
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process
- Simplify the Process: Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the one that fits their budget
- Solve Problems: Listen to a customer’s concerns and find a solution that makes them feel confident in their choice
- Close the Deal: Help customers finalize their new policy right then and there
